You were so wonderful to help them while they were stranded in Salem when my husband's pickup broke down on their way back from OHSU! He told me you were amazing and so nice... getting him in quickly... finding the part... which I'm told took several phone calls from you... repairing his vehicle and sending him home! Gary's crew found the cause of my warning lights on new Prius which turned out to be a dealer only repair. I appreciated the honesty and no change of this diagnosis of a natty problem.

My rear window was not working, the glass moved freely but you could here the motor. I was quoted 800.00 (I found out 200.00 MORE than the dealer). I said I could not afford the repair at this time and he charged me 118.30 for his diagnostics which was the widow assembly needed replacing. Daaaa. This is one of those guys who see everyone as a sucker and cash cow.

Great customer service and quality of work. A little more expensive but well worth it. Used to go to the Honda dealership but wasn't always satisfied .... friendly service .... the owner Gary and the mechanic Bob are great. Highly recommend them for all of your car or trucks servicing needs.
