Beware of Ledouxs garage. They do not stand behind their work. We took our truck into them for some electrical work and when we got our car back it burned up in our driveway. We called Ledouxs to report the fire and they said it was nothing they did. The parts that caught fire were the very parts they installed, but they refused to take accountability. I wish I had seen all the other horror stories that have been reported about their work before I took my truck to them.

Outstanding service. Way less expensive than other local repair shops. Honesty and fairness seem to be top priorities at Ledoux's! I would not hesitate to recommend Ledoux's to anyone who needs automotive service or repairs!!

When we have a challenging problem with one of our cars we go to Ledoux auto service. Due to the nature of our business we have to bring the car after hours. We fill out the paper and drop the keys being sure that the next morning we will promptly received a call letting us know what is wrong with our car, what will be the cost, and how soon will it be ready. The personnel is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We whole heartedly recommend Ledoux for any problem you may have with your vehicle. Five Star Service!

We're not from Oregon, but we were traveling through Salem when we discovered a mechanical problem, apparently with the cooling system, when we stopped for a meal in the middle of the afternoon. A quick internet search revealed LeDoux was nearby and highly rated. A quick call secured a willingness to diagnose the problem. A few minutes later the car was in the shop and the problem identified as a failing water pump. I was given a firm estimate of cost to repair and a promise that the car would be ready the next morning so we could continue our trip. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was ready the next morning as promised for the promised price and we were on our way to Seattle without any further problems.
